Rustam Minnikhanov «You – a tower of strength. We are grateful to you for this»

The medal "100 years of education of the TASSR" was added to the arsenal of state awards of the director of the SPF "Paker" Marat Nagumanov on the 24 of September. This happened at the World Congress of Tatars in Kazan during the plenary session of the "Милләт Җыены" ("National Assembly").

Among the awardees are representatives of the educational sphere, cultural workers, members of Tatar public associations and only one business representative - the director of SPF "Paker" Marat Nagumanov. He received an invitation to the CGT as an honorary guest personally from the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chairman of the National Council of the World Congress of Tatars Vasil Shaikhraziev. In total, 500 representatives of the Tatar asset from the Republic of Tatarstan, 70 regions of the Russian Federation, as well as from abroad arrived at this large-scale event.

The medal "100 years of Education of the Republic of Tatarstan" is awarded to citizens who have made a significant contribution to the development of Tatarstan's statehood, strengthening its socio-economic potential, interethnic and interfaith peace and harmony, preservation and enhancement of cultural and spiritual heritage, who have merits in professional and public activities.

It is precisely such deeds and merits that distinguish Tatar-Bashkir entrepreneur Marat Nagumanov among other awardees. The director of Packer is one of those benefactors, thanks to whom the largest social projects in the history of the republic have been implemented in Tatarstan: "Cultural heritage: the ancient city of Bulgarians and the island-city of Sviyazhsk", "Creation of the Bulgarian Islamic Academy" and "Reconstruction of the Cathedral of the Kazan Icon of the Mother of God". The name of Marat Nagumanov is included in the Book of Benefactors of the Republican Renaissance Foundation, and specific cases in this field are marked by Letters of Thanks from the State Adviser, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Foundation Mintimer Shaimiev. And now the medal "100 years of the formation of the TASSR" from the hands of the head of the republic for his great contribution to the preservation and enhancement of the cultural and spiritual heritage of Tatarstan.
