Quality control

The Central factory Laboratory of SPF Paker LLC was established in 2008 to carry out quality control of raw materials, materials, rolled metal, as well as finished products in order to determine their compliance with regulatory documents.

Certificate of accreditation № IL/LRI-00590 dated 29.08.2014 as a testing laboratory of destructive, etc. types of tests in accordance with the requirements of GOST ISO/IEC 17025-2009 "General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories" and SDA-15-2009 "Requirements for testing laboratories".

Tests and analyses are carried out by highly qualified specialists (higher specialized education, certification in the PLA at the II level) on modern testing equipment of leading world manufacturers (SHIMADZU, OLIMPUS, TESA, SPECTROSOFT and another.)

Scope of accreditation of TSL LLC SPF "Paker":

• We will provide services for high-quality non-destructive testing of equipment
• We will help to improve the reliability of equipment, reduce the risk of accidents due to the timely detection of stress concentration zones, fatigue defects in critical structural elements;

The laboratory is equipped with:

• Modern devices and devices for non-destructive testing.
• Highly qualified specialists of the 2nd and 3rd qualification levels, certified in accordance with the established procedure, both according to Russian and European standards, having the appropriate training, theoretical knowledge and practical experience necessary for the quality performance of work on the NK
